A consummate musician, Ronald Stacy Hill Sr. discovered his passion for the drums in
church at the age of 8. Since then, the Detroit, Michigan native has never looked back.
Stacy has had the pleasure to work with and/or be influenced by many well-known
musicians such as; Ronald D. Hill, Vernon Hill, Freddie Palmer, Lisa Page-Brooks,
Thomas Page, Terrance Palmer, Jerry Williford, Eric Sanders, Alan Evans Sr.,
Shernetta Evans, Alan Evans Jr., Evans Singers, Wayne Castle, Dameon Brown,
Twinkie Clark, Carla Cooke, Londa Larmond, The EverReadys, Derrick Milan, Darius
Twyman, Larry Callahan, Lowell Pye, Rudolph Stansfield, Dobbie Powell, Demetrius
Paul, Dwayne Springer, Orlando Upshaw, Eddie Moore, Spiritual Therapy and many
others.
Stacy's unique style has earned him the opportunity to appear on numerous albums
such as Spiritual Therapy's EP "God's Testimony:
Stacy's style is influenced by the Blues and his Gospel upbringing, along with some of
his favorite drummers: Dana Davis, Ladell Abrams, Chris Dave, Ron Otis, and Calvin
Rodgers.
Currently, he spends time spreading the message of love and hope through music and
massaging the ailing soul in benefit concerts for all in need.
